These terms cover your use of the rgtyrewheels.com website. They don't replace anything we agree with you in person about a specific job.

Information on this site
We try to keep this website accurate and up to date. Stock, prices, brands and opening hours change, and the site is a guide rather than an offer. Nothing on this website is a binding quote.
Quotes and prices
- Prices we give over the phone are based on what you tell us. If the tyre size, wheel or condition of the vehicle turns out to be different, the price may change, and we'll tell you before we do the work.
- A quote is valid for a reasonable time and is subject to stock being available.
- We'll confirm the final price with you before starting work.
Your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns and refunds
- Faulty goods and workmanship. If a tyre, wheel or our workmanship is faulty, contact us as soon as you notice. We'll inspect it and, depending on the fault, repair, replace or refund it in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- New tyres also carry the manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties usually don't cover punctures, kerb damage, impact damage or wear caused by incorrect alignment or pressure.
- Used tyres are sold second-hand and priced accordingly. Your consumer guarantees still apply, but the expected life of a used tyre is naturally shorter than a new one. Ask us to show you the tyre before you buy it.
- Change of mind. Once a tyre has been fitted to a wheel it can't be returned for change of mind. Ask us before we fit if you're unsure.
- Special orders. Tyres or wheels we order in specially for you may not be returnable for change of mind. We'll tell you at the time if that's the case.
Please keep your invoice, as it's the easiest way for us to look up the job.
Fitting and your vehicle
We take care with your vehicle and wheels. Some risks are part of the job and outside our control, including seized or previously damaged wheel nuts, corroded rims, aftermarket wheels with unusual finishes, and tyre pressure sensors that have reached the end of their life. If we can see a risk before we start, we'll point it out to you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything else is limited to resupplying the goods or services, or paying the cost of doing so.

Where we link to other websites, such as Google Maps or our Google listing, we're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The text, layout, logo and photographs on this website belong to RG Tyre and Wheels Pty Ltd or are used with permission. Product images of wheels are supplied by, and remain the property of, their respective manufacturers. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to describe what we sell and fit.
